Host a Party
Want to have Katie personally come to your home for a private trunk show of her complete and current line?If you live in on the Eastern Shore of MD, Annapolis, Baltimore or Washington areas, you can contact Katie to make it happen!
The host incentives are great and who doesn't need another excuse to get the girls together for some fun?
Here's the process:
1. Contact Katie to setup a date/time for the show.
2. Get your invite list together. Katie can help you by providing links to her website - or logos to use on your invitations.
3. Confirm the # of attendees with Katie 1 week to 5 days prior to the party. Between 15-20 is a perfect number of "YES's."
4. The day of the party - Katie will come to your home approx 2 hours before your guests arrive to begin transforming a space (usually a dining room) into a chic jewelry boutique, complete with table linens - displays and mirrors.
5. When guests arrive there's no presentation for them to sit through - just a simple introduction. Then guests are free to mingle, shop, enjoy your food and refreshments (which can be anything from tea and cookies - to an all out buffet - Katie's seen it all!).
6. There's no pressure to buy. However, for your guests convenience, Katie accepts cash, checks, VISA and Mastercard for purchases. Also - your guests will go home with whatever piece they choose that evening. No waiting around for your order to be shipped. When it comes to bling - instant gratification is KEY! Most of Katie's creations are one-of-a-kind - so the format is always cash and carry. Special orders are also accepted.
7. When the party wraps up Katie will total up the evening's sales and the host will receive 10% credit to shop for herself. Should another guest decide to book a party an additional 5% will be added. In other words if there's a total of $1000 in sales x 15% (10% + 1 additional party) = $150 credit will go to the host!! It can really add up. Katie even had a holiday party where the night's total was $2500 and 2 additional parties were booked which left the host with $500 to spend!!!
